Application  for Subsidy of AAEE CONFERENCE at taiwan ON nOV.22-23

Please read the following carefully before completing the subsidy application form:

1) Eligibility Criteria of Subsidy Applicant

The applicant should:

1.1    be a current individual member

1.2    have the ability to contribute to and benefit from the event,

2) Responsibilities of All Selected Applicants

The selected applicant must:

2.1    participate in the event FULLY, or he/she will be liable to disqualification from the subsidy,

2.2    submit a written report and conduct a report-back session to share with other members the information brought and insights gained from the event within three months after the completion of the event.

3) Selection

A Selection Committee will be formed by the Hong Kong Institute of Adventure Counselling (HKIAC) to screen all applications received.  If necessary, the applicant may be required to attend an interview, in which he/she will be notified the details by telephone in due course.  The Selection Committee has the discretionary power to exempt the eligibility criteria and its decision will be final.

4) Success Applicant

HKIAC will sponsor HK$1,500 for the successful applicant who is attending the AAEE conference. Applicants will be receiving the funding after two month at the end of the AAEE conference with a copy of conference confirmation letter.

Applicant’s should take fully responsible of all their own administration process while apply the conference; such as airfare; accommodation; conference application and insurance coverage etc.

Applicant should present a professional image during the AAEE conference; and if appropriate or been invited to introduce HKIAC to the conference candidates.
